Due to the perishable nature of plants, returns are accepted only in case of damaged, incorrect, or defective products delivered. Customers must report any such issue within 24 hours of delivery with proper images or videos as proof.
Non-returnable items include healthy plants, used gardening products, and items damaged due to improper care after delivery.
Refund Policy
Once the issue is verified by our team, eligible refunds will be processed and credited within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.
In certain situations, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund based on product availability.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2–4 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
